Dear Sir or Madam, The quality of this product is more than poor and therefore absolutely unacceptable. The bulbs break after less than an hour of use. First the glass goes gray and dark and a short time later the inner wire comes loose and the bulbs no longer work. I am sending you photos in the attachment. We cannot install and use these bulbs under any circumstances, therefore we would urgently request a response and return or refund.
