Dear Sir or Madam, The quality of this product is more than poor and therefore absolutely unacceptable. The bulbs break after less than 5 minutes of use. First the glass goes gray and dark and a short time later the inner wire comes loose and the bulbs no longer work. I am sending here photos and video in the attachment. We cannot install and use these bulbs under any circumstances, therefore we have get a refund.
